We are delighted to present a special miniature sheet with one stamp issued by Malta Post to celebrate the 2018 FIFA World CupTM. The stamp shows the official mascot of the event - a wolf named ZabivakaTM designed by a student, Ekaterina Bocharova. In Russian, ZabivakaTM means "the one who scores", a suitable name for this wolf who radiates fun, charm and confidence. This bright miniature sheet was created by Malta Post graphic designer Sean Cini.

We are excited to let our readers know that Correos has issued a Premium Sheet celebrating the strength of Spanish traditions; in this case, traditional dances. The Sheet is presented as a die-cut guitar shape, and when opened, plays a traditional Spanish melody. It is decorated with an illustration of dancers’ legs in traditional stockings and espadrilles.
Slovenia is such an idyllic country! It has got so many places which have received 'European Destinations of Excellence' award called EDEN. Winner of the EDEN 2017 competition is Koper – one of the greatest Slovenian destinations. To mark this important achievement Slovenia Post has released a special stamp designed by Inga Bau. We also have to mention that Slovenia is the only country in Europe to present its winning destinations on postage stamps.
As the year 2016 comes to a close, the Philippine Postal Corporation (PHLPost), released its “Year of the Rooster stamps” for 2017’s Chinese New Year. We welcome our readers to celebrate the end of the Year of the Monkey and the beginning of the Year of the Rooster with this colourful stamp. Designed by Paprika and featuring calligraphy by Order of Ontario recipient Albert Ng, the stamp features a stylized rooster, its chest proudly puffed out, created out of wavy gold lines. In the lower right corner is the Chinese character ji, meaning rooster. The words also appear vertically in both French and English.
