REFUND POLICY

We stand behind our products. However, your satisfaction is important to us and we do realize that sometimes you may want to return an item. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please email customer support to request a PRA (Product Return Authorization) number. Please state the reason for the requested return, and let us know which item(s) you would like to replace it with. The PRA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package, or it will be returned to you.

RareStampsOnlone.com accepts returns on items within 30 days of purchase, and we will issue a refund to the original form of payment (i.e., credit or debit card) for the items purchased provided that they are received in the original packaging and in the same mint condition as they were shipped.
